Restrictions:
You are strictly prohibited from selling, sublicensing, renting, renting out, or otherwise commercially exploiting this software. You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the source code or substantial portions of the software without explicit written permission from Regix Labs.
2. Privacy Policy & Local Data Storage
Kova respects your privacy. All workspace data, tasks, boards, and custom settings are stored locally on your device using IndexedDB and LocalStorage. No core user data, tasks, files, or personal notes are transmitted to or stored on external servers.
Cookies & Third-Party Advertising: The core application does not use first-party tracking cookies. However, this website displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. Google and its partners may place, read, or use cookies and web beacons on your browser to serve, personalize, and measure ads based on your visit to this and other websites. You may manage or opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings.
